Wednesday exclusive wine tasting for $16. It is our ever evolving tribute to the wines of Italy. We wish to take you on a journey through the twenty diverse wine regions of Italy.
Before the Greeks settled there the Etruscans were already producing wines in Italy. In fact, the Greeks called Italy "Enotria" the land of wine because they were so impressed with the scope and sophistication of Etruscan viticulture. One of the last kings of Enotria "Italo" is said to have changed his kingdom name from Enotria to Italia, the name eventually adopted for the whole country.
