Founded in Jauary 2006, Enoteca Carbonari brought the authentic Tastes of Italy to Atlanta.

Meditterraneo concepts, been one of the pioneers of Midtown with establishments like Baraonda Caffe Italiano and Bazzaar, has yet invented another concept, a boutique Enoteca in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. 

Enoteca Carbonari is eager to challenge and stimulate the senses and palates of Atlantans.    The approach of the food is without complications, the freshness of the ingredients are allowed to show through, there is no need for heavy seasoning or sauces to create flavor, the fresh ingredients have center stage.

Enoteca is our ever evolving tribute to the wines of Italy.  At Enoteca Carbonari we wish to take you on a journey through the twenty diverse regions of Italy. 

Prior to opening Enoteca, we tasted and carefully selected the finest wines that each region has to offer.   The result is a precious guide of our 600 wines that will give you the knowledge to approach  the wines from Italy with confident eyes...SALUTE!!!
